Smart Bluetooth not so smart

Love the speaker, but the smart Bluetooth cannot turn it on. Works for my megaboom, and Ive already tried replacing the hardware and resetting the roll, but it cannot turn on or use its alarm function...hoping theyll finally fix this soon!
